The inventory is a vital part of the company, as it is regarded as an expense that impacts the business

I am in charge of inventory management and stock packaging work, such as opening and checking orders to avoid disruptions in the production line. Inventory is a key element asset for the company, as it is regarded as an expense that impacts the business. Any inaccuracies in counting could have a negative impact on the company. Thus, by keeping the count within the specified criteria, we can accurately determine the order quantity and potentially lower costs by reducing the number of orders. Because if we stock too much product, it may result in a loss or loss of profit.

In addition to controlling and maintaining the Inventory system, at the end of every month, the results of inventory counting must be reached at an appropriate level. Since it serves as a key performance indicator(KPI) for my department’s success, it is important to make it hit the monthly goals which pose a challenge for me. Moreover, it is my job to identify the cause of problems once facing the issues. When the problems are eventually resolved, I feel like I have reached my goal!

As I graduated from the Faculty of Science-Applied Mathematics, so I feel that my work is similar to statistical calculations in terms of analytical thinking and calculations. Data is essential at the work site for making predictions and conducting analysis to speculate on the future. I am personally satisfied with my current position as I find it is not beyond the ability to understand when you repeatedly learn it.

If there is the opportunity to work in a different position, I will challenge myself. Everything begins with the first step!

Although Sanko is my first workplace, I have kept doing my best, and keep doing it so far is the reason why I could become a leader. As a result, I have been assigned to be responsible for the inventory section and warehouse management.

We are working as a team. Communication is easy because we have supportive colleagues within and across departments. This allows us to collaborate on problem-solving and easily seek assistance from our supervisor when necessary. Because of that, I don’t have to worry if I have a problem at work because there are supportive people and an environment to help me overcome the problem.
